What is the delivery time of my order?

When you have ordered something from Mezory, the delivery time is slightly different than you may be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save a lot on storage and transport costs. This makes it possible to price our products so competitively. The average delivery time is [X] to [X] working days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays)

What should I do if I have not received my order yet?

Due to the enormous interest in our products, your product may arrive a little later than expected. We hope for your understanding. If this period has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to support@mezory.nl. We will then find out what is wrong with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?

To send a return, simply contact our customer service via support@mezory.nl. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in the confirmation email and the reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product to us via a courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?

Unfortunately, returns to us are at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier. Consult the website of the relevant courier with which you want to ship for more information about the prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a return period of 14 days. The return period starts on the day that you received the item. However, there are conditions for returning
You can only return the item if:

- The return period has not yet expired;

- The product is in the original packaging and all labels are still attached; 

- The product has not yet been used.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via iDeal, Bancontact, Creditcard and Klarna. If you are not sure whether your payment method has been accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all possible options.

All transactions are processed via secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.

What if I have not received a confirmation email for my order?

That is not the intention, send an email with your full name and email to support@mezory.nl. We will help you further as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your order for whatever reason? Send an email to support@mezory.nl as soon as possible. State your name, order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in the confirmation email and also the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
